Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made-to-order specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which is why we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days with photos. We'll send you the correct item at no charge.

How to Report an Issue

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and issue
  • Description of the problem

Processing Time

We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and respond with next steps.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Products that don't meet your expectations if they match the product description
  • Change of mind purchases
