SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how Joi Living (operating as studio Elvae) processes and ships orders placed on studioelvae.com.
- GENERAL INFORMATION
All products sold on our Site are made-to-order and produced through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed, which affects production and shipping times.
- PRODUCTION TIME
Production time: 2-7 business days Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Production time does not include shipping time. You will receive a notification when your order has been produced and shipped.
- SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping: Available for all products Express Shipping: Available for select top-selling items (such as Bella+Canvas 3001 apparel)
Express Delivery delivers in 2-3 business days after production is complete and must be selected during checkout.
- SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with various shipping carriers including USPS and other trusted providers. The carrier is automatically assigned based on your destination to ensure the most efficient delivery. For international orders, we use Printify Choice which optimizes for local fulfillment to reduce shipping times and costs.
- SHIPPING TIMES
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Estimated delivery times by region (after production):
Domestic (United States): Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (select products only)
Europe: Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days
Rest of World: Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
- SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)
Shipping rates typically include a "first item" fee and an "additional items" fee for multiple products in the same order.
All shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.
- ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information is provided for most orders once your item has been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
- SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, only the product price will be refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable). Address changes can only be made before the order enters production.
- ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@studioelvae.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a reprint or refund.
Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
- MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to optimize delivery time and cost. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. Each item will be shipped as soon as it is produced.
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (templates, guides, etc.) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical shipping applies to digital products.
- HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), production and shipping times may be extended. We will notify customers of any expected delays during these periods.
